Welcome to our week in Peppard Class.

We have had a lovely time learning more about dinosaurs with our new student Harry the T Rex. We have learned about the T Rex and Triceratops. We know the difference between carnivores and herbivores and learned about features of dinosaurs. We have enjoyed Andy's dinosaur adventures, and looked at non fiction books as well as enjoying some dinosaur fiction.

Peppard class have been busy enjoying their sport this week. On Tuesday we enjoyed playing tennis at Peppard tennis club and on Wednesday we had fun trying another new set of gymnastics challenges at Kennylands. 


In phonics we have been orally blending longer words, reading using our decoding skills then trying blending in our heads. The children have risen to many writing challenges and their commitment and behaviour would make you incredibly proud.

Our maths lessons have been exploring division through practical experiences and activities to ensure the children understand the concept. 

A huge thank you to Mrs Rancombe for our wonderful science lesson all about stick insects.
